Strawberry Star and leading global real estate company Colliers successfully hosted a 4-day property exhibition (June 16 -June 19, 2016) in Hong Kong, offering a deep insight into the London housing market.

The exhibition, which was held at the office of Colliers, witnessed the participation of several investors, who were keen on acquiring properties in London. Mrs. Doris Tan, Regional Director (Singapore & Hong Kong), Strawberry Star Group, oversaw the successful completion of the exhibition, which drew hundreds of visitors.

The visitors evinced interest in Hoola, which is one of the most-awaited residential projects being developed by award-winning and leading developer of mid-market homes in London, HUB, in association with Strawberry Star. There were also inquiries for Sky Gardens, another prestigious residential scheme in London’s Nine Elms district being marketed by Strawberry Star.

In addition, the property consultants held tax consultation meetings and seminars for the benefit of the visitors, who had several questions relating to capital gains, mortgage and offers from leading banks to overseas investors in the UK.
